Please be reminded that the HHMVL uses the internet and email to communicate with its members.  It is very important that all team captains provide us with an active email and check it regularly for notices from the executive.  The web site is also update with any urgent notices or school cancellations so be sure to have a look each night.  Don't just check the site if the weather is bad, we had 5 nights canceled last year on last minutes notices due to the schools holding events were they did not give us prior notice.

Please ensure that you play in sneakers with non-marking soles and that the sneakers you wear on the gym floor are not the shoes you wear on the street.

No persons under the age of 19 is allow in the Gym unless they are employed by the HHMVL.  Captains please ensure you players are aware of ALL the rules in our Constitution.

CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELVES!!  Each year we struggle to get GYM time.  Please do not make this harder than it already is.  As members of the HHMVL we all have a responsibility to represent the league in a professional manner and be respectful of our hosts.   It is each team’s responsibility to ensure the gyms are left in a better state than when we started.  Thank you for you co-operation.
